[Help Thread] Disassembly and Assembly Thread

I've been following various tutorials for reassembling 6x6s in order to reassemble my Wuhua; however, I always get stuck after the first three layers when trying to put in the internal edges. I can't successfully squeeze in the internal edges without the rest of the cube exploding. Is there any way to overcome this problem?
Do you mean the internal edges in the middle layer which complete the lower block, or the internal edges that support the upper blocks?

The middle layer edge; so far, only managed to place the blocks in the first three layers, and am stuck at that point.

I place those as I construct the block, rather than leaving it 'till the end. That makes everything stay together easier.
Hmm, I've tried almost everything at this point; looks like it may just stay apart at this rate, have been working on it for two days without success.

I have a mofange 4*4 that is just in a box completely broken, as in no pieces put in place well, but all the pieces left intact, it has this really annoying center ring mechanism that makes it very hard to rebuild the first layer, how do I fix it.
It's not broken, it's disassembled. There's a difference.

As for how to assemble it, CrazyBadCuber has a video on how to assemble a 4x4. He uses an AoSu, but the same principle applies to the WuQue. Hopefully that can help you.

Despite it not being a wuque thank you for the help I got it fixed and learnt that maybe the ring mechanism is not so stupid after all, I guess I'll have to find out how to fix shengshou 5*5*5s with snapped cores next

It's not a WuQue? I thought the only MoFangGe 4x4 was the WuQue...
... But I guess I'm wrong, there's also the Sail and the Storm...

Anyway, glad it worked~

I picked up the WuQue yesterday and I found it sluggish. I did some break in solves, but then decided I should disassemble it. I cleaned all the pieces, but now I can't put it back together. Please help me!
P.S I already checked out some videos, but couldn't get the first step.

In the future, title your threads more descriptively, or they may get deleted.
In addition:
This is great example for the one question one answer section of the forum.

On topic:
try to tape the pieces you've assembled to the core. Then they don't fall apart so easily.

Hello,

Had a blowout and some cubies fell off.

Have got them all back in except the last one - having a heck of a time forcing it back in - it forces the centre squares off before the tabs get in the slots.

Its a 4x4 Rubik brand not an Eastsheen or any other Japanese sounding name.

Intuitively something has to be loosened the black plastic tabs are far too big to easily pop-in like I have seen on the youtube videos. There is no way this last one will pop in that easily.

Ant hints please ? Or tips for things to search for on Google ?

Bill

This seems to be a good video tutorial:

It seems that it's a lot easier if you completely unscrew one of the centres first.

If that doesn't work, I'm afraid most of us won't be able to help you, because we all use cubes from Chinese (not "Japanese"!) companies.
