After 4-5 months of everyday use, the blue face on my main cube tends to come unscrewed often. The screw somehow gets caught on the face, so the screw gets turned when the face does, and I don't know how to fix it. I take it apart to clean every few months. Is this something that some lube could solve? Also, I can't find anything online. Any suggestions? Do I just need to buy a new cube?
there are some solutions to this, I hear @qwr is looking into this stuff.

Hey, what cube is his happening on?

You could also try shaving down the plastic underneath the screw head. If there is a small protrusion, or if the screw head has slightly burrowed into the plastic they will catch and spin together. This can also be an issue on large steel bolts that go though something first before attaching to something else

here is my solution:
STRIPPED CORE SOLUTIONS: I think this is what u have

Solution 1 (Recommended)
  1. Get a plastic Bag
  2. Cut a 2x2 Square
  3. Unscrew the loose side
  4. Screw it back in with the plastic bag covering the screw’s threads

Solution# 2
  1. Unscrew one side
  2. Put a small toothpick in the hole.
  3. Cut the part of the toothpick that is sticking out from the hole
  4. Screw the screw back in with the toothpick still there
If you still dont get it, I can post a video online and give you the link later.

Can you please upload your video in google drive, make it public, and share the link with us so we have more knowledge of the problem?

I'm a new speed cuber and i've been into it for about 6 months.I usually average between 50 to 30 seconds.I use a moyu rs3m as my main which,by the opinion of many speedcuber,is a very good cube. But sometimes when I'm turning fast, My cube just locks up for a second (though thats enough to ruin a good time)and sometimes the red and white center just jumps off from the core.Is there anything I can do about it?
My cube isn't lubricated or officialy setuped in any way.
(Note: The red and white center screws unscrew while i'm turning. Is it possible to fix?)

First of all. there are lots of people who can help you
but im not one of them, i do have a personalle opinion about it though.
the rs3m may be just as good as the gan 11 but you have to admit that gan cubes dont have any problems like this. i have done 5000 solves + on my gan and it has had no such issues. There have been so many threads and questions that come up with some problem they have with the rs3m so i think mabye just a different cube might be the way to go.
BUTyou dont have to turn to gan... you could do something else like, a different moyu, the WRM or the VALK or Qiyi MS or a cheap gan like the gan 365 lite or whatever, you could get the TENGYUN or an MS cube

How does it actually start locking up?

Yeah, I’ve been hearing a lot of problems with it.
Even Jperm uses a variant of the rs3m and he doesn't have any problems with his cube.
What variant?

It sounds like you either have a defective cube or a stripped core, neither of which can be fixed very easily.
What variant?
He uses the SCS Creator Cube one.

yeah, I do have a solution for the stripped core:

When I'm turning really fast, like 8 or 9 tps,one of the cubes sides(usually the red or white side)just doesn't turn for a moment.
Wait... you said you average 30-50 seconds, but you are turning at 8-9 tps?
i average around 10 seconds and i only go up to 7 tps AT most :)
most professionals turn that fast :)
do you mean during last layer? - yes of course ok that makes more sense! :)
