Check out these tutorial videos:

This is where I learned to solve the 5x5.

That can't be true. I learned from Feliks' tutorials and only his tutorials. He didn't leave anything out. If he had, I wouldn't be able to solve a 5x5.

i looked at that he skipped over the piece i needed to learn
For the 8th edge, form an edge as you usually would (slicing the middle layer) and replace the one you just made with the last unsolved edge on the top/bottom. Now you can proceed to the last 4 edges.

If you cant make an 8th edge with specific colours, chances are you need a piece from the top or bottom layer. Simply bring it down from the top by replacing another edge and make it as you would.

Ive looked all over youtube all the tutorials seems to skip some crucial steps/algorithms to solving the other 5 edge "pairs" and I havent had any luck figuring it out with what i already know. Can someone give me some links where this is shown in a step by step way cause i cant do any more edge "pairs" without breaking up the ones i already solved.
You should be able to get to having 4 edge "pairs" left after completing the first 8, after that you have to do L4E algs and slice flip slice to finish the last edges.

Not sure if that helps but your original question is not particularly well phrased so it's kinda hard to help you

If you don't want to record yourself. Send pictures of the problem

Sorry for double post, I just watched the entirety of the cube skills first 8 edges tutorial, and I honestly don't know what you mean when you said he skipped over the part you needed to do.

sigh i'm just looking how to make more than the first 7 edge"pairs" without screwing up other solved edges or centers

I'm sorry, but we can't be very helpful when you are super vague about your problem. Watch the entire tutorial again, both first 8 edges and last 4 edges, and if for some reason you are still having trouble, then provide pictures and a detailed explanation.

Please understand that it's extremely difficult for us to get a clear picture just from a verbal description. Photos of your cube (of every side) would help a lot.

(One possibility is that your cube is simply in an unsolvable state; this can happen if the stickers have been shifted around, or if it has been disassembled and incorrectly reassembled.)

The 8th tredge is completed in exactly the same way as the previous 7 tredges. There is absolutely nothing special or different about it. If it seems that way, then you are missing something fundamental. Like maybe you aren't taking care to have an unsolved tredge facing you in the upper slice before you insert each solved tredge with R U' R'.

For the beginner method, the final 4 tredges require that the centers be re-solved first, and then you have to use a process that combines Uw/Uw'/Dw/Dw' pre-turns with the swap-in-place alg to get each tredge solved. And you have to do each tredge in sequential order, clockwise or counter-clockwise. Your very last tredge may end up in an "edge parity" state, in which case you need to use a parity algorithm to solve it.

All of this is covered in detail in Feliks' video tutorials.

On 5x5 I can send 6 tredges (edge "pairs")to the up and down faces, after this i'm stuckm is there a video or a webpage i can get the final algorithms from?

look when i try to putthe eighth edge up another from the opposite face enters the solving space

Yes, this can happen unless you are careful to make sure that there is an unsolved tredge on the upper layer facing you before you insert the next tredge. If you position the last unsolved tredge of the upper layer so it is facing you and use R U' R' to insert the 4th tredge, it won't displace any that you've already put up there.
