Need help genning algs | Roux Subset
Making a roux subset where while inserting your last pair into sb you force eo, hopefully will be part of an even bigger project that I'm trying to work on. But this seems to have lots of algs and I will need help with some. It would help to be familiar with cube explorer and the roux method. PM me if interested. Also, if this already exists and I'm just an idiot please let me know :)

Heya, I've been using the Roux method for exactly a month, my ao100 on 3x3 is sub 55.25 so that's pretty accurate. Is my improvement slow? I have no idea

I average around 15-16 when I'm warmed up and i only have gotten 3 sub-15 ao5's but how to get consistent sub-15? My splits are around 3 5 3 4 and I use 2 look cmll. I could also post some of my solves to critique. Pls help

keep improving F2B efficiency, try to plan FB in inspection, and learn CMLL. Example solves would help

You should start learning full CMLL. I think that is the easiest and fastest way to improve at this point. I am averaging around the same as you with roux and my time splits are the same. If you want to we could race each other to full CMLL, I’d be up for that!

How are you supposed to recognize EOLR? If there's a LR edge in BD, I have to tilt the cube to see it. Should I track it during CMLL? I haven't tried tracking the LR pieces during CMLL yet, as I think CMLL should be a fast step. Also, is it still worth it to be doing FB edges as well as LR edges if I use EOLR? Recognition seems to be a fair bit worse if you use both.

Yes, you should track LR during CMLL. You can also work out where the "other" ULUR edge is by omission (so if you can't see it, it must be where you can't see). Incidentally, why do you think tracking would slow down the step? If it's because you think you need to slow down your turning to track, the real trick is learning how your CMLL affect the edges (which also means you can learn alt algs to force nicer cases).

EOBF is used by some cubers though you should only really use it if it gives you some immediate advantage (ie it leads to a shorter solution).
