I usually do a double flick with my middle finger following my ring fingler...
unless youre talking about one handed.....I don't think theres another way to do D2 except with 2 pinke twists...

Depends on the alg. Sometimes I would wrist it, or do a u2 instead, or if it's the last move of a cross I might do z L2 z'.

On 4x4x4 I do it with my left ring finger - like how I do M'

I do it with my ring finger. Very fast. Just practise it a lot.

I use it on the cross (I could do a wide move, but this one's faster) and one OLL.

i do this, with my left hand, pinky first, then ring. only started doing it after i practiced OH cubing. by far the most natural way for me to do D2.

I use a ring + middle double-flick. It's just as fast as U2 for me.

Doing either of those two counts as a type of execution of D2. I never actually perform D2 moves.

I "winked" because it was a joke.

That said, for me the way I do moves during a scramble is pretty much the same way that I'd do it during a solve depending on the preceding moves.

I just do twice with my pinkie.
I know that is slow, and thats why i ask how do you do it?

I do the same thing, 'cept with my ring finger. To be honest, I almost never use D moves unless I'm doing A-perm or E-perm .
