Any idea guys on how to fingertrick this alg, S' R' D M' U' M' U M2 D' R ?

It solves UF-UL-FR-RU-RB.

idk if this is optimal but I would push the S' with my right index drag the R' push D with left ring M' with left pinky U' with left index M' with right ring U with right index M2 with left ring and middle D' with right ring R drag and S with right thumb.

I want to try roux oh but i can barely do M' and i cant do M at all. (Dont say table abuse)

That's kinda your only option? Unless you do 2 moves per M move, I don't know of any other option. If you're using a bad cube, that definitely needs to change. Good hardware is crucial for OH.

So, I am getting a Qiyi X Man Tornado V2 M (I'm not getting v3 :[ ), I heard it's corner cutting is not the best. Because of that, I want to turn more consistently in my solves. Any way on how I can do it?

The Tornado V2 has pretty good corner cutting, it's the reverse that's lacking. If you're worried a cube will prevent you from reaching your full potential, you probably shouldn't get it.

I've found the corner cutting (both regular and reverse) on the Tornado V2 actually isnt terrible, I dare say it's good. Better than the WRM 2021 and RS3M in my experience.

I use my right ring finger to do back tips, while pickup or during cube drop.
