[Help Thread] 2x2 Discussion

Thx guys but how should I learn (cll->eg1->anti cll)by completing each one before moving on or a bit here and a bit there
Finish CLL and then take a break to become very comfortable with it. After that, you can learn eg-1 and do the same. Learning both at the same time will slow down your progress. You can learn anti-cll after both of those, this part will be much quicker to learn

I recently started getting good at 2×2 (1.16pb single/3.41pb avg)
I average around 4.8 sec and i started learning cll and eg1
But is EG-2 worth it or should i use anti cll
(Pls don't tell me im wrong and there isn't a EG-2 alg set)
I would recommend giving emphasis for EG1 and looking for such solutions in your 2x2 speedsolving inspection.

EG2 and anti-CLL can be learnt too, but their solutions should not be prioritized much.

Again, I am a noob in 2x2 solving so my opinion holds very less value.

If you want to get better then learn CLL, and as @WACWCA mentioned, afterwards take a break and get very comfortable with it. You should not be learning both right away especially at your level; EG-1 is something you learn (typically) after you’ve gotten very good with CLL.

guys, im learning cll... can someone please tell me how in the world im supposed to become color neutral for this 😅
Note : Do not know CLL so this may be wrong

Rather then look at the colours, recog the patterns.
E.g instead of this sticker is blue, this is green and this is red:
These stickers are opposite, the other isn't.

Im considering learning CLL, but statistically i should learn eg1 first (cause theres a 1/6 chance best layer is solved, but theres a 2/3 chance the best is an adj swap).

Do i learn cll first, or EG 1 ?
Pls explain why

It would make things a lot easier if you are already color neutral using whatever method you use. For example, if you're color neutral using Ortega, it will transfer over to CLL and make things a lot easier. If you're not color neutral, then you really need to know by heart all opposite colors; meaning, know that orange is opposite of red, green is opposite of blue, yellow is opposite of white, and vice versa.

That's true but i think he wants practice drills (i also believe that he is talking abt the recognition)
