My Cross Is Taking Too long

I average around 35 seconds ish, my cross takes between 5 and 12 seconds which sucks =/ , I can do it blindfolded 3/5 of the time, I do my cross on the bottom, it's just taking really long , I can't seem to find the cross solution, I can normally get 2-3 in with 1 look.

Please tell me how I can improve and tips/tricks if you know any

blindfolded. This will help you improve a lot.
