how do you execute this G perm at least sub 2 o_O (R2 F2 R U2 R U2 R' F R U R' U 'R' F R2) So many F2s and U2s, my time with them is around 2-3 secs which absolutely crushes the solve that have them.
Not how I would do it but I think most would do it like this:
R2' - thumb starts on U
F2 - double flick like U2
R U2 R U2 R' - easy enough
F - push pointer down from UFR
(R U R' U') R' F R2 - easy enough

a Pokedex or somewhere near you.
If you're having trouble with that alg, try out this one: R2 U' R U' R U R' U R2 D' U R U' R' D

AUF is headlights on left, just like the other G-Perms. Start out with an R2' and regrip after the R2 in the middle of the alg to do the D' U. Other fingertricks should be self-explanatory, but if you don't understand them they're in either Brody's or J Perm's G-Perm videos, can't remember which one.

I think I'll stick with the Mats Valk Gc perm, now I know the proper finger tricks.

I thought I might share this OH fingertrick.
For S' moves hold your thumb near the center and between the LF and LFD edge and corner, put your middle and ring finger on the B face, middle finger on the LB edge, ring finger on the LBD corner, and flick the S slice down with your index finger and tighten the grip with the thumb and ring and middle finger so that you can push the S slice.
for S moves, I have no idea how you do it in OH.

You can use the same grip, but push from the L side of UL.

Guys, my fingering for this alg is one of 2 ways:

1. U- Left index finger push
F'- Right Thumb
U'- Left index finger
F- Right index finger
U'- Left index finger
R- Right wrist turn Clockwise
U- Right index finger
R'- Right wrist turn Counter Clockwise

2. U- Left index finger push
F'- Right Thumb ***
U'- Left index finger
F- Right Thumb ***
U'- Left index finger
For the R U R' instead of the regrip version with Index, Middle, and Ring finger on top
I do the R U R' no regrip Thumb on Ft Face, Index, Middle, and Ring on Back Face twist with Index
goes under Thumb and back so its less of a wrist turn.

No. 1 Seems more like it wouldn't break down under competition pressures whereas with newer easy turning
cubes No. 2 works just as well but when its finished I'm back in the neutral grip with no re-gripping.
If any of you better cubers can post videos of how you would do this specific alg it would be much appreciated.

R: simple just turn your wrist
U: push from LBU to BRU with your left index finger
R’: rotate your wrist back
U: normal U move with your right index finger

funny enough J perm mentioned this in his first ever video
Start with right thumb on front and do first U with index, second U with middle. will take a little to get used to.
In certain cases you can do right thumb on bottom and do a ring finger drag for second U but I don't think that's worth it normally
