you won't ruin it, just count how many screw turns you do and you can undo them to get your cube back to how it was before

I feel your pain. But it’s cool now. Like jo1215 says, count how many turns you make on the screw before it comes out, pit it back in, reverse. Took me 11 full turns on my GTS2M!

Something generic and well-rounded, such as Cubicle Weight 3 or SCS Galaxy

QiYi lube is cheap and generic. I use it all the time, also because I really don't have access to professional lubes from The Cubicle or SCS.

They are similar. Traxxas 30k is less thicker than 50k.

Slightly damp towel, smeared with a little soap (oil repells water without soap)
