[Help Thread] What should I learn next?

You could learn some more PLL's.
Refine your F2L, learn some tricks for hard cases.
Watch video's about advanced cross, F2L etc.
If you have the time, go ahead and learn full ZBLL (only like 300+ algs).

Wow youre fast thx and btw to the rest of you i have seen the thread on what to learn next but it doesnt work with me.

Sorry what?

Anyway, answering the OP: Work on advanced cross, probably (easiest thing to do). Start finding better algorithms as part of your intuitive F2L. Learn some easy OLL's and PLL's. That's about it, really.

Why learning ZBLL when you can get much faster with ZBF2L that you'll intuitevely learn after VH that includes COLL (leaving EPLLs on the end of the LL stage) ?

Anyway @Thecuberlife, you should learn the advanced cross, learn some tricks and practice Cross BLD

can't tell if sarcasm or not...

For OP: from my experience, work on improving your f2l. I found lots of useful videos on the Cubing World youtube channel with tricks for different cases. Also, take the time to play around without speedsolving; just take a case you haven't mastered yet, and keep playing around with different ways to join and insert it until you find the way that's fastest and easiest for you.
Next, I would suggest learning full pll, as that is only 14 more algs than you already know for 2-look.
Both of these together got me sub-18.

(As a side note, there are lots of threads of this nature floating around the forum. Try reading through some of those to see if you find other suggestions.)

I use Roux. I've just finished CMLL and was wondering what to learn next. In addition to CMLL I also use edge control during LSE. Is there anything else I should learn for Roux or could I learn an unrelated alg set (such as WV, SLS, VHLS etc)?

You could learn some other cmll's to influence EO, but you don't really need it to be fast. IMO just work on F2B and LSE to get faster.

I average high 13s with ZZ (not that my speed matters for my question but) should I learn COLL? Would it save me much time in the long run or not really?

You don't have to, but there is no harm in giving it a try. Start with the H set, there are only 4 cases, one of which you'll already know, and they're easy to identify. If you find them useful you can then try learning another set.

Learn TCMLL or what ever it's called, that will solve the CMLL while influencing the EO.
