So I just got a QiYi Square-1 for my birthday back in January and I had not gotten into much until recently. I decided to work with it more and I even took it apart to lube and tension it. After that I noticed that my Square-1 became a bit looser after a few solves. I noticed to screw was unscrewed just a little bit. I ignored it and I kept solving and it had not gone any looser. I do not think it is a stripped core and I have even tried to reduce friction between to screw to help it but it didn't work. Please help!!!

The most common problem with the QiYi Square-1 is a stripped core. You can fix this by buying a locknut for the screw, buying a replacement core, or supergluing the screw to the core once you have it at a good tension.

If it is not a stripped core, then I do not know what it is.

Does anybody know how to apply a cube logo from the cubicle? I got some and I cannot figure out how to put them on

Use an X-acto knife to peel the logo from the wax paper. Then, align one corner of the logo on a sticker, centered, and slowly press down while removing the knife.

Or, you can just apply it by hand.

The paper that the logo comes on or the one that you peel off?

I recently got sub-6 for 2x2 using my Guanpo. Now I'm thinking of getting a premium 2x2. I don't like the fact that you can't disassemble and reassemble the WeiPo to re-apply the lube without unscrewing one of the sides (according to Chris Olson), so I'm considering buying a Lubix Dayan 2x2, which is the same price and seems good to me. I couldn't find a review of it though, does anyone have a recommendation on which 2x2 to buy or at least where I can find a review of the Lubix Dayan 2x2?

TLDR: Cubicle WeiPo vs. Lubix Dayan 2x2

I've been looking at the Aolong GT, and I want full-fitted stickers for it. Do the Cubicle Aolong FF stickers fit the GT?
If not, what's the best place to get some?

I would assume so, I mean they are very similar size.

Also yeah the best place to get those stickers, and most stickers in general is thecubicle.us

I'm going to buy my first Pyraminx, but I don't know if I should buy the original MoYu Pyraminx, or if I should wait (pre-order) for the magnetic version to be released? A good descriptive answer would be great. :P

I would definetly wait and pre-order the magnetic pyraminx. From the reviews I am seeing, and my own look at the mechanism (little research lol) Definetly wait. The magnetic poisitioning system vastly improves the stability of the puzzle, soemthing MoYu puzzles arent known for, as they are very flexible. From about 10 videos I have watched on this thing, they all say they love the feeling. I may get into pyraminx down the line, and if I do im getting one with magnetic positioning. Qiyi X-man is also coming out with a magnetic pyraminx as well btw.

Also when you pre-order it, you can get a free custom color scheme

Hope I helped man

EDIT: Omg I just thought of a magnetic skewb, and then I see Moyu posted a video about a prototype of a magnetic skewb 1 week ago O_O

I wonder though, since the faces are a slightly different shape...
I mean, the Aolong FF stickers would work, but I wonder if any other sticker sets would actually fit the Aolong GT better...
This would be a lot easier if the Cubicle just had Aolong GT FF stickers, and I don't know why they don't.

Yeah good point, why dont they haha.

But also unless your like super duper perfect sticker guy, its not going to be like totally perfect, so that itsy bitsy size difference may not even matter. I'd just go with it aha

The bit I'm thinking about is the pointed corners in the Florian cuts. It would be a purely aesthetic thing, but still, not exactly "full-fitted..."

I think I'll just get the Aolong FF stickers from the Cubicle anyway, the only place I can find proper ones for the GT is SpeedCubeShop, which doesn't have my exact colors.

Though maybe I'll get a regular fitted set as well, just in case...

How do you set up a Dayan 2x2, my does not pop but people on YouTube said that it will enhance its performance by switching the core or springs, but I have no idea which spring set....... Aolong springs, Guanlong springs, huanlong springs, thunderclap springs???

The idea is to use a shorter spring so the screw can go in further to prevent popping. I use Aolong spring (https://thecubicle.us/moyu-aolong-hardware-p-3365.html) and it works great. I think probably Weilong and Hualong will also work.
