How can I get a sub 1.8 first block and sub 3 second block. I am practicing a lot but was wondering if there are any good tips and resources. I already watch kians videos.

2 things

1) can someone explain how eolr works? I understand the concept

2) In LSE, why does no one do EO, DF + DB and then EPLL
EOLR setups the EO case in a way that makes the arrow appear and make the arrow "good" which means that you can do a three move arrow trigger and your EO is solved, UL UR edges are now on the bottom, there's also an EOLR variant that solves EO and UL UR edges at the same time (EOLR-b)

Reducing LSE to EPLL or ELL isn't efficient and you would need more algs.

thanks!

When do you think I should start using EOLR?

It's really not that necessary but why would you wait until some amount of time to just learn EOLR?
tl;dr: wynaut?

Also, just a note, EOLR is not algs, you get used to how you setup cases into good arrows intuitively, just like F2L.

I mean since i'm averaging 40-50 with roux, should i learn EOLR now, or wait until I'm better in general?
