Mine locked up slightly as well, but it turned out to be because the G4 is bad out of the box not that the center was misaligned. After I took it apart and lubed it the locking issues stopped almost completely and it's not rough to turn. Yours is probably (and hopefully) the same, try tensioning and lubing the inner pieces?

My Moyu Aoshi pops a lot. Center pieces pop of often during solves and sometimes huge sections fall apart when I scramble. For example, a center and edge popped today, and half the puzzle fell apart during a scramble (right after I fixed the pop). I believe that this is not normal (obviously). Is it a fake?

moyu hualong not what I expected

the HuaLong feels heavier than the weilong and takes more force to turn. also feels kinda blocky. is the HuaLong like this? or is it not set up properly. feels sluggish as well

I am from the Netherlands and bought a Moyu Weilong v2 from a dutch site. The small white box with a picture of zemdegs says Weilong, but the squares are slightly curved towards the middle. I looked up pictures on the internet and it 100% looks like an aolong. When I look up pictures of a Weilong v2 all the cubies are square. But all my cubies on my Weilong are slightly curved exactly like an Aolong. Is this normal? On the package it also says YJ8209 image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg

We need pics of the internal mechanism to know.

How do I take pieces out of a Moyu Weilong
?

Grab an edge with index and thumb, twist it a little in place and try to pry it out. If not working try to first turn the face 45º so that the edge is on top of another edge and not the center piece. If not working you maybe need to loosen it up a bit, but unscrewing 1 turn (or more or less) the center piece screws. If you do that, try to do it equally in all centers so that tensions remain even and you can tighten it again if desired. Should not be difficult at all.

Anyway, the corners seem to be too rounded around the florian holes for this to be a Weilong. Maybe an Aolong but not sure unless we see the internals. A photo of a corner and an edge, of their internal side (the stock, torpedo...) would give a better chance to identify it.

Nothing wrong here, the Weilong has rounded cubies around the center too.

No. Check Zcube or cubicle for proper photos.

I can`t think of a recent 3x3x3 cube from Moyu that has square cubies.

The Weilong is more or less rounded but the florian holes are not perfectly rounded, not straight either but something in between.

Here's a photo of my Weilong v2.

Yes, so I dont have an Aolong? Why do I find so many pictures
of Weilong v2 with square stickers, is this some kind of different version I have?
The package also says YJ8209.

nope, the cubicle sells weilongs with aolong fitted stickers, I'm not sure about other cube stores, but all stock pictures have them with square stickers

I have no idea if this is my fault or not, but I've been experiencing some pretty awful problem with my Moyu Aosu's centercaps. I bought the cube and it felt really nice, however, when I tried to solve the cube a few times, the centers would come off very easily (not my fault, came like this out of the box). This forced me to use tape and paper to try and keep the caps down, but when I pulled one out, I noticed that it was broken. Even worse, now I can't put the cap back in, rendering my Aosu useless in only two days.

I don't think I've seen anyone else with this problem.. Could it have been my fault for the cap breaking, or is Moyu to blame?

Oh, I bought this from The Cubicle by the way, though I doubt they had anything to do with the faulty cube.. c:
