personally, i haven't learned anything since cmll, over a year ago when i averaged low 20s. It's probably better to start working on stuff like multiple algs to affect EO, multiple angles, etc. I guess if you start something i'll follow, not motivated enough to do it alone.

I decided to focus heavily on CN and blindfold first block. Right now, I want to become neutral enough to start with Green or Blue first block and Yellow or White top/bottom. This will cover the majority of premade blocks. Later, I'll work on the orange/red stuff. I think this is a good start though. So, half of my speed solving practice will be dedicated to CN practice (doing any start other than the one I'm comfortable with), and my untimed practice will be memory of first block, regardless of how long the inspection time is.

Anyone willing to critique this solve? The first block went really well, but it went downhill pretty fast from there. Feel free to tear it apart. ;)

You could have started with x2y neutrality. Anyhow, It is not that hard. I have been x2y neutral since I started using Roux. And, Believe me, Sometimes you would end up with a pseudo 1x2x3 block when you memorize the entire block. At least, I did. Just keep that in check. But, With practice, It'll be gone soon.

First Block is good. For second block, limit moves to <R, r, U, M>. A more Rouxish way to solve your first square would be Rw U Rw2 U R U' R M R U' Rw'. You could also do this for the socond block: M U2 M2 Rw' U R' U' Rw U R' U M2 U' R'. I would also advise orienting the M centers while inserting your last pair: instead of doing Rw as your last move, just do R. That way, you don't need to do this after CMLL.
LSE is kinda hard, but I found this:
M' U M' U M U M
U M' U2 M' U M2
U M U2 M

The U M2 U at the beginning of yours is unnecessary; you should know all the flips without having to set up to the adjacent edge flip. And to pair the UR and UL edges, do M' U2 M instead because this leaves edges placed correctly.

Other than that, this is a decent solve. Just a few improvements will definitely help.

Your first block is good.
As for the second block, the 1x2x2 seems long. I would do:
Rw2 U' M U' R U2 // 1x2x2 (6)
R2 U' R' M' U' Rw // last pair (6)

Also, here is a better LSE:
M U M' U M U' M' / U2 M2 U' / M U2 M' U2 (14)

Also, I find your EO long and hard. You do U M2 U M' U M' for making the 3+1 EO case. Why not M' U M'? Or M U M'?
Furthermore:
U M2 U M' U M' U2 M' U M' U' M U2 M' U2 M2 U' M2 U2
I would use M' U2 M U' (plus M' U2 M2 U2 M', okay, one step longer, but your short ending was intentional or accidental?)

Let's add some flavor to keep this thread going. I'll post a scramble, and my solve. You can post your solve, and rate mine as well if you want :)

Niiiice... Speedsolve or some sort of (linear/non-linear) FMC?

EDIT: I guess speedsolve with luck... I found no exceptionally tricky moves there. CMLL + LSE is even indentical to my solution (If I had the same case).

one of my luckiest solve ever with some messed up recognition:

Your CMLL seems weird... Aren't those y moves slowing you down?

nice solves, just the standard stuff: work on lookahead on your blocks and LSE. you might also want to learn to do the U2 finger trick and push M with your ring and middle.

Yeah, I have a bad habit of doing index twice push on U2. I have been experimenting with different ways to do M, and I kinda like the pinky pull from FD to DB. Is this ok? I have small hands so it is slightly hard but i think it is good for stuff like M' U M where my index is not in a good position to push BU to UF. And i do all my M moves with my right hand, which i think is different than most people. Do the middle or ring finger pushes do DB to BU?

i do them all with my right hand too. if you are going to use your pinky, can you do M' M and M M' fast? I can only see that being fast if your M' is with pinky and your M2 with pinky ring. I think th most common way for M is the middle or ring finger push from DB to BU.

For me, my M moves (my main M-hand is my left):
- left ring pushes DB to BU (most common),
- right index pushes BU to UF (occasionally), sometimes the same with left index,
- left ring pushes FD to DB (rare),
- Rw' R (rare).

Ok thanks. I'll try that out. My M' is with right ring and M2 is either M'M' with ring each time or a weird hybrid thing of Rw M' R'.
