wait, yours is just an inverse of mine right? for me, R U R' U R U2 R' is the best sune, how do you do that anti sune.
Not just an inververtion, but a mirroring too (if you're talking about D1).
Yours:
R U2 R' U' R U R' U' R U R' U' R U' R'
Inverse:
R U R' U R U' R' U R U' R' U R U2 R'
Mirror of the inverse (mine):
R' U' R U' R' U R U' R' U R U' R' U2 R
As for the R' U' R U' R' U2 R anti-sune:
I hold the cube in a normal way, so left thumb is on front center, left middle finger is on back center (and left ring finder is beneath). The left hand remains in this position.
Left index finger is on BUL for U' moves.
The right thumb is normally rested on FR, but now I move it slightly up to the FUR sticker before the algorithm (important for later).
Right index finger is on BUR, middle is on BR (ring is on BDR, but that is not important, it can be "in the air").
The steps:
R' with right wrist.
U' with left index finger. Right index and middle moves slightly backward (see later).
R with right wrist.
U' with right thumb (that's why it was rested on FUR earlier). Right index moves to DBR; index and middle are standing by for double flick (also right ring rests to DFR).
R' U2 R with a standard index-middle double flick (before or during the R', the right thumb can move to UR for holding).
This is my fastest algorithm (assuming we call an algorithm with at least 7 moves), and applying these fingertricks to my D1 CMLL is quite straightforward.
