Thank you! I really was intrigued by the way it works. I'm not afraid to be different!

EDIT: Plus I hated the idea of a bunch of cube rotations with CFOP... I got sub 25ish with CFOP at one point but then took a big break. I like Roux much more!

I switched at around sub 25 CFOP too, took me around 2 weeks to match my CFOP times, make sure you really understand the LSE , that is what is usually unnecessarily time consuming at early levels, i would aim for sub 6 on that.

Okay... I realized earlier this week that I wasn't using the reflection mini algs for orienting the edges, so I'm trying to incorporate those into my solves. Thanks so much!

What average movecounts do you guys get in a speedsolve? I think i'm about 50 and i think it should be lower.

I did some (slow-ish) solves and counted as I went, so I'm sure I miscounted some (counted extra, missed some, counted some 2 move finger tricks (M'R' stuff) as 1, etc), but this should be a good estimate. Though I am known to have quite inefficient F2B...
Using STM (M counts as 1 move):
55, 46, 60, 53, 54, 48, 50, 54, 50, 60, 50, 48
Also, I average like 18, so you might want to shoot for lower since you average 13...

Do you guys have any tips for when there are no premade blocks for first block. How do you find the first block?

Match DL edges while tracking a pair (a bit inefficient) or you can insert FL or BL edges then make square.

Also, what's the most efficient way of solving this as last SB pair? I don't really like the algs on the wiki since they're geared towards CFOP, so I was hoping that there's some alternative that involves M stuff F2L24.png
