And thanks for the suggestion but to be honest they're just too fast and I can't tell exactly what he's doing. I will try what CheesecakeCuber suggested but I have trouble pushing just M and not Rw. Thankyou for the help though.

That depends hugely on whether you enjoy solving more with Roux. It also depends how fast you are, and whether you want to spend the time to get back to that speed with a different method. I switched at a 23 second average and it took me about 2-3 months to get back to that point with Roux.

That is completely up to you. Use whichever you prefer, like better and/or feel more comfortable.

How similar is it to COLL? I already know a portion of that.
I am only very distantly considering making the change seeing as my CFOP solves are already 13.xx and look technically awful on video!

You can use COLL instead of CMLL. It's just a little slower. Also, some algs are the same as COLL.

I'm sitting at a 13 second average and don't know CMLL. I can do MOST of 2-look 1-look though. Giant waste of moves I know, but it's possible.

While a CMLL may be move optimized, a COLL may be more finger trick friendly. Depending on how you turn, either may be faster.

Well then you're using COLL algs as CMLL, which I mentioned in the second half of my post (which you didn't quote).

Si. I am just saying that it's not all true that CMLL is faster than COLL. It's a generalization that seems meh.

COLL is a good starting point anyway as I understand it, because afterwards you can start learning specific algs to influence EO.

I use COLL or CMLL depending on the edge case, so using COLL is fine and you can always add CMLL later.
