Ok, so what should I work on? I'm ~14.9 atm
FB: 3 (3)
SB: 5-6 (8-9)
CMLL: 1-2 (9-11)
LSE: 4-5 (13-16)
I'm gonna guess my SB sucks. Mega seems to be helping tho.
SB and LSE. try for consistent 3-4-2-4

Sb defiantly. I'll show you some good cfop tricks at some point.

Hello. I just recently switched from CFOP to Roux, and I need some tips on how to get better. Here are my averages:
First Block: 5 seconds
Second Block: 6 seconds
CMLL: 3 seconds
LSE: 6-7 seconds
Total: 20-21 seconds
So as you can see I am so close to sub 20, and I would just like some tips on what to improve on. Thanks!![]()
Ok thanks
Anything different for OH?
Get your blocks quicker- they're the most important part of Roux really.
Here is a link to an average of 5 that I did. Maybe this will give you a general understanding of my solves:

people have proposed ollcp for roux, which i believe would work really well, but i haven't seen anyone propose vls for the last pair if it's set up in the correct position.
you'd get oriented corners, leaving only 3 possible corner permutation cases and all edges would be oriented if the df db pieces were put in during second block.
How many Algs?

This, and you still leave CP to do, and the O set algs are not the fastest or the most efficient.Don't think that's worth it as more cmlls are quick to recognise and execute. You'd just waste time doing an extra alg set

VLS can alter EO which is what I think he was getting at.it wouldnt be VLS, it would be winter/summer variation. and as others have said, this is less efficient (also recog is harder), making it slower overall

but what about cases where there are edges unoriented on D? VLS would only be able to solve 1/4 cases.
So do it in the same way as OLLCP...
if you force DF and DB orientation, then even after the VLS alg, you will still have to do CP...
ok I will wade into the roux thread. *shuddersYeah he does say. Also, it would work with full BLS+B2.
