Yes, I've bought a bunch of stuff from there. It's slow, but it's sea shipping from china so you can't complain. (also, their prices are great)

Either the Weipo WRS or the Beta.
Both are great, but the WRM needs more setup, but it has the potential to be the best 2x2 (at least imo) if you do the mod below.

Thread 'Ball Core Weipo WRS Tutorial'

I made a Custom Ball core Weipo WRS and I thought I'd make a mini tutorial.
Step 1: Acquire the core from a Qiyi M Pro BC 2x2, I personally just took one from one that I already owned, but you could order one from TheCubicle.
Step 2: Acquire some magnets, I harvested mine from a Yuxin 4x4, and I used 2 of the big magnets, and one of the small ones per corner, but I think 1 or 2 magnets each from an Rs3m+ kit would work as well.
Step 3: Completely disassemble the Weipo.
Step 4: Place a drop of Super Glue on the corner piece of the Weipo, and place your magnet in the center MAKE SURE THE...

The WRS is noticeably smaller then the beta, so if that is something you care about, get the Beta.
The WRS does have more adjustment (Dual, Corner to corner magnets), whereas the Beta only has a dual adjustment - but if you have the beta 3x3 then you can swap out the edge magnet stalks.


I am currently looking to :

- Upgrade my 4x4 from the Aosu v7 single track - I cannot improve its speed or inner slices. Under £40.
- Upgrade my megaminx from the Yuhu v2m - More stable yet faster at the same time.
- Obtain a decent FTO.
- Find a small, but good 3x3 (50mm to 54mm) - I have tried the Rs3m v5/Guhong Pro (both v1 and v2), and feel as if a smaller cube is what I need.

I can’t recommend a 4x4 or megaminx, but here’s what I would say:

Both the Diansheng Neo or the DaYan FTO are amazing options for FTO.

If you’re looking for a smaller 3x3, I would suggest the YJ Pocket cube, it’s 50 mm and performs pretty good.


anyway, I’ve been thinking about getting a decent Moyu 3x3 as I don’t have one and I am interested in trying out one of them out. I’m not trying to break the bank, my budget is about $40 USD.

For 4x4, get a ball core kit and make it into a double track version (or even triple track if you can).
For megaminx, stable yet faster at the same time, I can only think of the GAN.
For FTO, get the Diansheng FTO NEO if your have smaller hands, the size difference might be quite significant for you if you find 55mm or 54mm 3x3s too big for you doing OH.
For OH, I am using the 54mm GuHong Pro Spring version, and the M slice is easy to move, and I feel more comfortable using that for OH than any 55mm cubes out there.

its a decent cube for sure, but it will take quite a bit of setup. I personally have one and it is very fast and mildly uncontrollable. I would recommend the standard ball core version over the picube as it is easier to set up and maintain.

I'm just thinking about that one because I tried someone's standard ball core rs3v5 at a comp and it was too slow for my preference.
