I don't believe there is such a thing, if the pins are misaligned in any way it is a DNF.

Dials, not pins. But yes, doesn't matter if it's a single dial or ALL1+/ALL1-, any misalignment is DNF, making this by far the most precise sighted event.

Worth noting that you can get a +2 in clock from things other than misalignments, such as overinspecting, touching the puzzle after stopping the timer, etc.

You were put on the waiting list. If enough people cancel you will be put on the registration list. Once a certain deadline hits and you aren't on the registration list you will be fully refunded.

Is inspection one handed in OH? Do you have do inspect the cube only with your solving hand or can you use both hands, and then use your solving hand to solve the cube?

Registrations have to be manually approved by the competition staff. If there's a opening, you'll get approved and that means you can compete.

I know this is an older thread. But, how do you cancel a registration? Do I just go through the contact form on the WCA site and ask them to cancel it?
