My YueXiao sounds kinda rough and scratchy but I like it. Is this norm?

Just got itMaybe link a video of you turning the cube. Did you break it in? Or did you just get it?
Then yeah, when you do a lot more solves and lubricate it afterwords it will get smoother.Just got it
Hello,
I got a Valk 3 a few weeks ago and it was great for the first week right out of the box. Now it feels a little slower and it doesn't cornercutter very well. What are the steps I should take to make it great again? Thanks for any help.
I'd say clean it, lube it and keep using it...
You may have the tensions too loose. This will allow corner twists to happen more easily, and also lead to catches which result in corner twists... double whammy. I started with my Valk at factory tensions but eventually tightened it and it eliminated most catching.Over the last few weeks my valk has been corner twisting up to once every hundred solves and I'm wondering why. I have left it at factory tensions and only ever lubed it with silicone spray and maru.
I am confident it is not a fake so it should not really be in this thread- we need a thread for problems with puzzles
