Time List:
1. 6.72 R' U' B2 R2 F' D2 B' D2 B L2 F2 U2 F' U' F2 L' R B2 D U'

y2 x // inspection
U M' D // pseudo xcross
U L U' L' // F2L-2
y U' L F' L // finish cross & F2L-3
U L' U2 L U L' U L // F2L-4
U' R U R' U' R' F R F' // OLL
R' U' F' R U R' U' R' F R2 U' R' U' R U R' U R U2 // PLL

one of my weirder solutions but it worked out nicely

what if and what if an actual randomly generated scramble had the easiest scramble ever or hardest one what would it even look like

In that case, if you are talking about say 3x3, then the easiest would result in the inverse of an 8-move alg like R U R’ U’ R’ F R F’. The hardest is complicated, there’s is no such thing as the hardest scramble with a computer, other than a scramble that takes 20 moves to solve.

Really cool solution. But I can do ya two better:

y2 x // inspection
U M' D // x-cross -1
U L U' L' // 2nd pair
U' F R2' F' R // finish cross & 3rd pair
U2 R U' R' U R U' R' // joining 4th pair
U' R U R' U' R U' R' U2 // forced LL skip

Downsolved to 2.525

Time List:
1. 3.04 F2 R U2 F' U F R' F' R'
2. 2.70 U' R U2 R2 U' R2 U' R U
3. 3.62[2 2 gens in a row] F U F U2 F' U F U' F
For the last one, you can hold it from scrambling orientation, then just do inverse sexy into EG1, no AUF. So the full solution would look like this. The quickest I could downsolve with this solution was 1.18 seconds.
U R U' R' U R' F R2 U' R' U R U' R' F
