This 2x2 scramble is actually stupid easy. 2 white bars can be solved into a white face in 2 moves, solving yellow face at the same time leading into a T perm PBL. Actually got my 3.51 PB on this just now.

Yeah, 61 moves is worse than mediocre. There isn't even an xcross, just one free pair and every other pair is very average to below average, and no OLL or PLL skip. This is basically just a standard scramble with no real luck.
Even using your cross solution you could've had a better continuation after first pair that gives a 53 move solution which is also better ergonomically too.
