Once I was in the waiting area of a comp, hand scrambling 2x2 and got a 1 mover twice

It doesn't really matter, it's just preference. I sometimes do it before and sometimes after. If I get a U2 away I usually do a U then H perm then another U but it doesn't really change anything.
