Challenge accepted.
I first found a mindless double CLL solution R U R' U R U2 R' U' x2 L' U' L U L F' L' F which made it very easy to visualise the scramble because tracing back from a CLL alg isn't hard.

From that I found R' D RL U R U R' U' R' F R F

I can't be bothered to figure out solutions from different orientations, but I think a 12-mover is good enough. By the way, I haven't yet checked if these solutions actually work, but I'm somewhat sure they do.
