Overall if you do some cancellations and rotate for PLL that is a 27 move solution, which is crazy for fullstep (Technically since it is xxxxcross it would be f2l skip but still). You are still doing OLL and PLL.

Not a lot of wiggle room on how to do the f2l here, there's one solution that I feel is very obviously better than every other one I could come up with, and unfortunately you get a fine OLL into Gc. But the start is absurd
