After over 14 months, I finally beat my 3x3 PB single! Also this 3x3 session I tried listening to music and it worked pretty well, my 3x3 solving has been trash recently but today I was getting some good times.

This was a pretty good solve, turning and everything wasn't perfect but not bad. I made 2 dumb F2L choices(not cancelling into left sledge for 2nd pair and not solving the back pair for 3rd pair) but that worked out with the easy LL, 2 wrongs actually do make a right lol. Also downsolved this to 4.87(so close to 10 TPS)

So I've been grinding 5BLD safeties for the last few days(about an hour a day) and it's been going pretty badly with success rate around 15%. Then I had the idea to split wings, + centers and x centers into 2 rooms each, which I think really helped because I got PB mean(WR55 AsR14 NR if official)

The first 2 solves were from yesterday. After this I tried to roll my 6:55 single(hadn't done that yet) but DNFed by 3 + centers. Then I did a 3rd attempt just as safety practice and got a 10:31 success, not fast but I'm happy to get any success on my 3rd solve of the session(that's when my attempts normally start falling apart, so I've been doing a lot of sessions with 3 attempts to get ready for UKC)

Clock R1 was terrible, DNF, DNF, 21, 8, 14(I average low 8). Then I did Match the Scramble and technically got Japanese NR by being the first Japanese competitor to get a single(1:22, really bad but whatever). In 4BLD I messed up memo on every single solve and my hands were cold, triple DNFed.

3BLD R1 was great, 35.91 single(8 memo) and 40.71 PR mean! I'm glad I finally got a 3BLD mean, first official mean in any BLD event lol. I also made finals in 12th seed, first ever UKC finals!

Triple dnfed 5bld. First solve was safety off by 3w, 2nd was 7:18[2:40] with 2 mistakes, 3rd was 7:58[2:45] off by 3w(went under table to retrieve popped piece lol). Also dnfed out of podium

3x3 R2 might be the most insane round of my life. I got 10.81 average and 7.78 single(my overall PBs are 7.34 and 10.18)
