I would like to know if there is a roux orientate last 6 edges tutorial(video or text) that takes the matter from a different perspective, I can't understand most of the online tutorials. I know ZZ EO and it would be great if you made parallels with roux eo and ZZ eo.

Waffle has a nice LSE tutorial: http://wafflelikescubes.webs.com/rouxmethod.htm#591530993
Which part / explanation do you not understand? Maybe we can help you with some examples then.

Let's say that in both your zz solve and roux solve, your B and F face are red and orange and your U and D face are yellow or white. when you quarter turn a red or orange face, that flip all the edges on that face. doing that on the white or yellow does nothing. M' U M is kind of like F. it's fundamentally the same concept.

DeeDubb has a really great explanation in his "part 6" video here: Roux as Beginner Method

I got an 18.00 avg5 the other day and a 19.88 avg12 in that same session. I wouldn't consider my self fully sub-20, as my best avg100 is 22.xx. Also, my solves usually contain a lot of fail during F2B. Any tips for blockbuilding more efficiently?

Do a few untimed solves and try to make your blocks in different ways.

i think looking at the roux example solves in the reconstruction database and looking at the roux example solve game thread.

I just did a 10.95

R2 D R2 D2 R2 B2 U2 F2 D2 B' D B' D R U' L D' F' U2 R'

Super easy first block! I managed to inspect some of the SB elements too, which is extra-rare for me.
The rest of the solve is pretty normal in moves (I even hate that CMLL, it's sticky). I think there is a better SB even.

I got a new single pb too:

Congrats!

By the way, the solution is not working (not even the FB, so I think the problem is the cube rotation).

Fixed two other mistakes. :)

Also, your EO seems strange. Why not

thank you, maybe i was a little sloppy because of pb :-)

my LSE in a speedsolve could be better e.g. the M2 M' was unnecessary, but i think without this it would be ok

OMG... just got a 13.14 on this ridiculous scramble:

Nice! Congrats!
For your SB, I suggest:
