Thank you guys so much for the help, i just have 1 more question, im not understanding moving the edges in the last step, i can orient them just fine, i just can't permute them

Hope this makes sense. Kind of hard to put into words.

To solve UR and UL edges:
1) If they are alredy in the same layer and opposite from each other, you can place them my using only M2 and U moves (M2 to put both edges into the D layer, a U move to align the top layer so that a M2 will put the pieces in their proper spots).
2) Now if the UR and UL edges are not opposite eachother, just do M2 to put one in the bottom layer (if it is already there, skip that step), align the top layer so that the the UL and UR edges are on opposite sides of the cube, do M U2 M or M' U2 M' to get them opposite each other in the same layer. then solve like in 1.

Solve Last 4 Edges:
Think of the unsolved pieces like Bars. If you have a case with two opposite bars (two flipped lines on opposit sides of the cube) just align one bar with the corect centers with a U2, do an M2, and realign the top layer with a U2 while solving the second bar at the same time. If there are 3 edges out of place, look for the one edge that just "doesnt look right" (as in, on 2 of the misplaced edges there will be a side which is conected to a center of the correct colour, but there will be 1 which is not connected correctly to any center) put that edge in the top layer and do a U2 to conect it to a correct center thus making a bar (like beffore). Put the newly made bar in the top layer then do U2 again.

Today is really a lucky day for me. Broke my PB single(15.02, lucky:)), AO5, AO12 and MO3. Got several sub 25 AO12. I'm imp"Roux"ving. :)

My first sub-15 solve. :)

14.89 L2 U2 B2 D R2 F2 R2 U' F2 D' F2 R D R2 B2 D' F R2 F' R2 U2

Any analyzation?

Scramble: U2 F D' R2 B U' D' F' U' B2 L' D B2 U' L2 U' L2 U R2

Inspection: y' x'
FB: L2 D' U2 M D' U2 R' F (meh)
SB: M U2 r U' r U r' U' r L F' (haha not bad for me)
CMLL: (U) R' U R2 D Rw' U2 Rw D' R2' U' R
LSE: M2 U' M' U M U' M' U2 M' U M2 U M U2 M U2 M2

CMLL: (U) R' U R2 D Rw' U2 Rw D' R2' U' R
LSE: M2 U' M' U M U' M' U2 M' U M2 U M U2 M U2 M2

your first block was pretty interesting; never done it like that. I'd probably do something more formulaic like:
y2
FB: R2 u U2 r' F' M2 B'
overall, the solve is pretty good.

y2
FB: R2 u U2 r' F' M2 B'
SB: M' U' R U2 R2 M2 U2 r U2 r' U' R
CMLL: U x R' U R' D2 R U' R' D2 L R
LSE: U2 M2 U M2 U2 M U2 M (lucky)

Thanks! Right now, I'm just very discouraged because I haven't seen any improvement in the last 2 months or so. I've been practicing my blocks and look-ahead. My first block move count averages 8-9. Which I want to say is pretty good? I think the only things holding me back are FB to SB transition and full CMLL since I haven't finished yet. Could you agree?

if you're getting 8-9 on the first block then that is really good, I think I'm at around 10-12 moves for first block. Definitely learn all of CMLL as soon as possible. what is your breakdown?; mine is about FB=2.5-3, SB=4,CMLL=2.5-3,LSE=3-3.5

I know my FB to SB transition is pretty easy since I do the RD pair first usually.

LSE: M2 U' M' U M U' M' U2 M' U M2 U M U2 M U2 M2

What the hell?
SB is wrong:
M U2 r U' r U r' U' r' R' U' r'
How that became r L F' ?

However, I think it is pretty good. In the end of the LSE, instead of the nasty M U2 M U2 M2, a good alternative could be M' u2 M' u2.

Here is my solution to this scramble:
z y'
U R' r' D R' U M2 F (8)
R U' M' U M U R' U' R2 U2 M' r U R' (14)
U' R' U2 R' D' R U2 R' D R2 (10)
U' M' U' M' U' M' U2 M2 U2 M' (10)

FB is okay, SB is not bad, CMLL is fast, LSE is short (4a and 4b are pretty neat).

your first block was pretty interesting; never done it like that. I'd probably do something more formulaic like:
y2
FB: R2 u U2 r' F' M2 B'

CMLL: U x R' U R' D2 R U' R' D2 L R
LSE: U2 M2 U M2 U2 M U2 M (lucky)

Not working for me. Are you sure about the SB?

Well my blocks are about the same as yours. However, CMLL takes me wonderful 4-5 seconds because of 2-Look even when I can predict the Permutation case(jperm or yperm). And yea, LSE is about the same as well, but you can see the difference between our averages--sub15 and sub 20.

Blocks are my biggest problem at the moment (just did an Ao25, got 10.98, compared to my Ao100 of 20.63). Something I've been trying lately is to plan the first block and execute it blind - usually taking me somewhere in the 40 second range. Is this a useful exercise or would I be better served working on something else? I'm happy to provide further info if it'd help.

I think that is quite a good exercise. How much turns do you need for the first block? Iz should be around 6-10 moves.
And how is it possible that your Ao100 is twice as your Ao25?!

The Ao25 was just for blocks, Ao100 is full solves - should have made that clearer. When planning a full block, it's usually in the 8-10 move range but I'm fairly sure if I just use the 15 second inspection to plan a square then my move count really suffers when adding the last pair.

I avg like 21-22 seconds. My splits are about 5-8-3-5. I use some CMLLs but not many. What is my weakest step? And do you have some tips?

CMLL is pretty fast for not full one look, definitely finish learning them.

your weakest step is the second block, but you should most work on first two block.

I would do some slow solves or look at reconstructions/example solves of the first two blocks to try to decrease move count. with slow turning, look ahead will develop naturally.
