My brother has reached OLL and PLL, and he does not like the algorithms, is there a method that requires less algorithms?

Here are links to 2 Look OLL and PLL. Instead of having to memorize 50+ algs, you can just memorize less than 15! This is where I first learned it.

PLL: http://cubefreak.weebly.com/2-look-pll.html

EDIT: Also, here on speedsovling, there is more than one algorithm per case he can choose from, if it's the certain patterns he doesn't like:

Are you just trying to teach him how to solve a cube or is he actually a speedcuber? Because if he just wants to solve the cube, I'd recommend he learn the beginners last layer (I think that only requires like 4 algorithms). If he's speedcuber, then he could try CLL/ELL, which I believe is about 10 algs shorter.

As asportking said, he should learn CLL and ELL instead of OLL and PLL. It will make him more unique and CLL and ELL are just as good as OLL and PLL.

CLL requires only 2 algorithms to be solved and 9 for 2look which I would strongly recommend.
ELL requires only 2 algorithms to be solved and 5 for 2look which I would strongly recommend.

Tell him to pick his balls off the ground and learn those 14 algorithms because learning algs is not hard. Also he could use the CLL's if he ever tries roux.

That's very unlikely. He took a week and a half to learn F2L.

I've successfully shown a few people:

[F: sexy] for eo
[R2 D': M',U2] for ep
[sexy, L'] for cp
z2 then sexy's + D's for co

I think I got most of this from Erik's method. I like how they are all pretty easy to understand, rather than just memorize.

ep could also be [sexy, lexy] or [F E' F; sexy, M']
Edges altogether can also be different setups to M' U2 M U2

Also I like setups to J-perm or T-perm (I find T-perm a little easier).
