alrighty, i only have a written turotial so hopefully it makes sense

obviously this probably isnt the best 7 simul flip version, but i think its really good if you want to get into 7 simul, this is a great stepping stone
Lower case = Side you start on (also the side you start memo)
Upper Case = Opposite side you start/memo from (with an x2 rotation)
UR4+ DR4- DL5+ UL6+ U3- R4+ D4+ L2- ALL1- y2 U2+ R5- D5+ L4- ALL0+
Memo: (We’ll start from where we finished scrambling, but you can start from any where you want)
M1: What “dr” has to do to get to “r” (in this case -4) PLUS (x2 rotation) what “U” has to do to get to “L” (in this case -2)
(-4) + (-2) = 6 (M1 is 6 (or F in letter version))
M2: (x2 rotation) (now we do the same memo as M1 but from this angle) - “DR” to “R” (in this case 6) PLUS (x2 rotation) “u” to “l” (in this case -2)
(+6) + (-2) = 6-2 = 4 (M2 is 4 or “D” in letter version)
M3: what “u” has to do to get to “c” (in this case 5) (M3 is Negative 5 or “5” in letter version)
M1: 6
M2: 4
M3: 5
Execution:
Starting from where you started memo:
1st Move: UL pin UP, With the UL pin you are going to match “c” to “d” to make a vertical “bar” - and with your right hand you are going to perform M1 on the Right side (aka: NOT the UL pin)
So execute 6
2nd Move: L pins UP, with the L pins you are going to match the “vertical bar” you just made with “r” - with your right hand, match the “dr” corner to the “L” edge block you just made at the bottom right (so perform (in this case 2) on the pins that are down)
3rd Move: x2 rotation and at the same time pushing the DR pin down (so UL DL and DR are up) so that after you do the x2 rotation, the DR pin is Up on the other side
Now, after you rotate you will notice that U and L are matching, use the DR pin to match C,to U and L (in this case +5) to make and “L” with the Edges, with your left hand, move the UL corner to match the “L” we just made to make a “2x2” block on the top left (aka use the pins that are down, so in this case preform -4)
4th Move: Same as 1st Move - UL pin up, match C to D, and preform M2 with your right hand (on the pins that are down) (in this case M2 was 4, so execute 4 with your right hand)
5th Move: L pins up, match up the bar ( well everything that is solved on the left side, btw the DL corner is matching on the Left side, this is just lucky, it can be not matching as well) to R (in this case 2)
With your right hand (on the pins that are down) match the DR corner to the whole “cross” that is solved now (aka just match it to the “L” block on the bottom right)
6th Move: UL DL and DR pins UP, with you right hand (On the pin that is down) preform M3 (in this case 5) , with your left hand (on the pins that are up) match the DL corner to the FINAL position of the UR corner
7th Move: use Backslash (UL and DR pins UP) and finish auf
It should be solved!!!!!!!
Hopefully this make sense
