It was a bit difficult to find a sub 30 move solution with APB, but I was able to come up with a pretty nice solution that canceled a few moves to get 29 moves. It ended up using blue on bottom, so do an x rotation before scrambling if you want it to be white. I also tried some interesting EOPair algs because I thought they might lead to a shorter solution than BR pair into EO could and I was right. I could only get 33 moves using pair then EO but it is a lot easier to understand.
