Just recieved my 356i Play today and I'm very unhappy. No Login issues but disconnection issue is so bad that I can't even use personal training, it gets disconnected All the time....Wait I should say, It stays disconnected and just gets connected sometimes. Can't even do a single solve without disconnection, WTF.
-till now Still no support for iPad after months of release...
-problems over problems with the server(s)
-the app support is a bad joke if you know the good Gan hardware support. Gan need a bigger support and Development team for this (new) kind of products!

Could you try charging it longer? When battery is low the connection is not as good as full battery.
As far as I am concerned, even if there is a charge management system to prevent stress on the battery, keep charging the cube will also put a stress on the management system so it’s better just turn off the switch connected to the 356i charger then put the cube on it.Another related question: Does it have auto management of charge to prevent overcharging? I ask because it is convenient to always keep it in the charging dock when not in use. Just want to be sure that it will not have any negative impact on the battery.
Thanks for your sugesstion and critical comment. We have already put those issues on the top of our to-do list. New members will join our team later this month and v2.0 is under planning. Noticed that the software update is not done in one day, it takes time to design UI, coding, testing, debuging before releasing to users. Also I'll definitely push them to fortify the smoothness of servers for outside China.

Some tips for you:
-use for apple user the app TestFlight to collect better data in the alpha beta version. Ask for tester in the community.
-build a Little Team outside of China. The team can collect problems from outside (YouTube and other social networks) and deliver them to China team.
-change to a better app developer team or work with more members/freelancing (good app means good money for all)
-make a english description in iOS app store and release some api or code for free developer (more software means more sells means more money, win win)
-make a support site only for 356i support (all power at one place, saves time and money)

That is why I want to use the cube with another app and if disconnection issue is with the hardware I’ll proceed accordingly.

No. My iOS devices' connection is solid.I tried with different phones and the disconnection issue is with iOS devices only, on android the connection is solid.
But I have only iOS devices. So I can use the cube whenever I’m home and wife gives her android phone.
Does any other iOS user face similar issue?
