I'd say to learn the basic idea behind the recognition system from Waffo's site, but don't blindly copy it. Go to AlgDB and other sources to find algs you like and see what angle they work best from - basically try to minimise having to AUF between recog and alg, and make sure any AUF you do have to do flows nicely as part of the alg. Once you've figured out what angle works best for your algs, then learn to recog from that angle based on matching/opposite sticker patterns.

2. Order of learning them?.

I would go oriented, h-case, pi, t-case, U-case, L-case, sune, antisune
(double sune, Bruno, blinkers, headlights, bowtie, sune, antisune if you prefer those names)
I would do it this way mostly because you can get used to the recog on the easier cases (like h,pi,t & U) before moving onto the cases that are harder to recognise.

I always do something very similar to this. My order: OHPiUTSAsL. 3 sets in and 126 algs memorized, im pretty sure this is the best way. 1 more set to go...

[Roux]Where to find a CMLL PDF and how to learn CMLL fast

I'm a solver who's new to Roux and I recently broke the 40 sec mark and I decided that I want to learn full CMLL. Where can I find a PDF on it and how would you suggest I go about learning the algorithms.

use algs from algdb.net, and learn recognition from waffos cmll videos. as for learning fast, just learn 3 algs a day, set by set. order: HPiUTSAsL
