I thought I saw a table showing how many first block cases are solved by which optimal move count from one to nine, but I can't find it. It was a long time ago, can anyone help?

EDIT: Finally found it, plus 1x2x2. From johannes91:

1x2x2

0 moves: 1
1 move: 10
2 moves: 88
3 moves: 678
4 moves: 3600
5 moves: 10123
6 moves: 12648
7 moves: 12672

1x2x3

0 moves: 1
1 moves: 13
2 moves: 145
3 moves: 1551
4 moves: 15650
5 moves: 137929
6 moves: 935074
7 moves: 3573712
8 moves: 5288780
9 moves: 5322240

However, these numbers are for when the case is only solved if the centers are aligned to the block.

Those posts are from 2008. Is there any software I can use to generate more accurate numbers for Roux? Has someone already done it?

it has already been done, by the same guy but a year later, https://www.speedsolving.com/forum/...2x2-move-count&p=185213&viewfull=1#post185213

why does he have to post it? why not you first?

Idk I was sitting on the couch watching tv while on my phone. Sorta hard to copy paste scrambles and have times for them on a phone without a cube. I know what ur thinking though and i wouldnt cheat. Even if I get a 2 minute average.
EDIT: besides I have some sub pb ao 12s saved in my session from yesterday and would be too tempted to post those scrambles....

I've been doing a lot of Roux solves lately (not sure if I want to switch yet). I average sub-30 with Roux now (this fluctuates a ton. I can get sub-20 singles and sup-40s too).

Seems like I'll be coming over to this thread a lot more often now :D

good luck! My best recommendation is to check out a lot of example/walkthrough solve videos to see how block building works.
