The scramble is in the link.

B2 D2 R2 B U2 F' L2 B' D2 B R' U2 B D U2 L2 B2 F R' F

y
D2 U R U B2 U2 F2 (7/7)
U' r' U2 R' U R2 U R' U' R U2 R' U R (14/21)
U L' U2 y R U2 R' U2 R' U2 F y' x' (10/31)
U2 M' U M' U2 M' U M' U' M' U2 M' U M2 U2 M U2 M' (18/49)

The move count was a little too high.

49 moves isn't that high for a solve like this. The LSE was fine, but ended up being 18 moves, and that's just how it is sometimes.

My advice for this solve is get a new alg for that CMLL. I use R' F R U F U' R U R' U' F'.

@CheesecakeCuber
Sorry about that I should have mentioned that its in the link.

@Dominate
Thanks for the advice. Guess I don't suck at LSE as much as I thought I did.
Thanks for the alg. Its pretty good, definitely gonna switch to it.

Seems good to me.

Alternative SBs (but yours is pretty good too):
U2 R' U r' U' R2 U R' U2 R U' R' U r (14)
U' r' U R' U2 R2 U' M U2 R' M' U' r (13)
U R F R2 F' U R U M U R' M' U' R (14)
U' r' U2 R' U R2 M U M' U2 R' U r (13)

Alternative CMLL alg (try to avoid cube rotations!):
R' F R U F U' R U R' U' F'

Alternative LSE (this is the best what I could find after some trying, but probably I would do nearly the same as yours during speedcubing):
M U M' U M U2 M' U' M' U2 M2 U M' U2 (14)

I often end up having an PLL case after i get into the last step, obviously im doing something wrong.. Its either H or Z perm. What to do in those cases? Is there any special ways to solve this?

After 4a, There are chances of getting H/Z/U Perm if DB and DF are solved. If you get one, You can either use the alg or solve it the Roux way.

Woah that relieves me, i thought i was doing something wrong. Could you tell me the Roux way? Ive been solving it with algs till now. Thanks!

Solving UR & UL and then permutation of the rest.

Almost All MU algs for those PLLs will solve it the Roux way.

@Renslay
Thanks for the comments. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna have to relearn most of my cmll because most of them suck and I only learned them because they were really easy to memorise.

I am actually pleasantly surprised at the movecounts of these speedsolves:
48 44 46 53 49 52 (60) (34) 45 57 41 39 = 47.4 avg
Didn't realize I had that many solves in the 40s. My SB especially probably needs some work as well for moves; I probably have inefficient habits like placing DR first. What is a good average move count for each block?

First block should be around 10 for most of the times. With [x2,y2] color neutrality, I almost always do 6-9.
For the second block, it is around 12-18 I think. 20 can be accaptable for long but very fingertrick-friendly (thus fast) cases.

EDIT: that 34 sounds really good and lucky! :) (and the 60 is on the contrary...)

Ok, that sounds good. I'll see if I still have the scramble to the 34. I think F2B was pretty good and LSE had no bad edges and UR/UL were positioned across from each other ;-). And the 60 was probably high 20's for F2B (good fingertricks iirc), 14 move CMLL (all oriented adjacent swap), then long LSE.
I'm [x2, y] neutral (either blue or green on bottom), so I have been trying to keep FB <10. Would you all recommend indefinite inspection until I see all of the best block?

yes, and blindfolded.
