Ok so this is my first try without rotations !

next time use inspection
FB: x' B' D' r U2 r' F R U' M' r' B'
SB: try to aim for under 18 moves. experiment with r and r' moves

You really have to work on your second block. For example the 7 bold moves can be done in 3:
R U' R2 U2 R' U'

U M U2 M' U M' U2 M' U M' U M' U2 M U2 M2 U M U2 M' U2 M2(22)
try to orient the centers bevor LSE.
and why not: M' U' M' U M' U2 M' U M for EO?

or with misaligned centers:
U' M' U M' U M U M U2 M' U2 M U' M' U2 M' U2 M' (18)

Thank you very much all. Of course my second block isn't really good, without rotations I need to experiment.

your advices are really good, I'll work on this thanks !

I wrote the "algs" down for step 4c a while ago. It may not be the best way to do this step but for the newbie like myself it could be useful.
You can just do the ""alg"" backwards to find out which case it is.

wtf :D

You need only 4 "algs"...
1) U2 M U2
2) U2 M' U2
3) U2 M2 U2
4) E2 M E2
the rest is done by adjusting the middle layer before/after the "alg"

You forget these variants of dits:
M2 U2 M2 U2
and:
U2 M2 U2
and of course the simple:
M2

For the completeness. :-)

EDIT: but of course pijok has a good point...

Yes I forgot those. Maybe it's because "Half-a-Dot" was one of the first cases I learned from waffo's tutorial :)
I get that this approach to 4c may not be optimal. Sometimes I do U U2 at the start of the step...

What should someone look for during inspection if he or she was full color neutral with Roux?

Say that a person solved the same first block every time. During inspection, he or she would at least look for two pieces to make a 1x1x2 and then the accompanying edge to make a 1x2x2. (There are other approaches though, right?). That's four options for the first 1x1x2. There would be twenty-four possibilities for the first 1x1x2 with color neutral Roux.

I started learning Roux for speedcubing 2 years ago. First I use information from gilles roux page, then I found Waffle roux site and 5BLD's and PandaCuber's Roux Tutorial. Its very useful links. Thanks for all!
Main problems are first and second blocks - long time I dont understand it. Links by Petrus about block building and advices by Renslay, Kirjava, 5BLD and other - very very useful/ Thanks! Now I learned full CMLL, and use few colors for basic positions (not multicolor )) ). I try to get sub15.. May be it will be happen. I live in Russia and here Roux method is not very popular. I personally do not know anyone who uses it ))))
P.S: Sometimes I view video by 5BLD and it inspires me. Thanks Alex!))))

My video 17.26 avg5
18.09 (DNF) (15.05) 17.08 16.60
and sorry for my english))

Nomatter if you are color neutral or not, try to plan all of the first block during inspection

How do you plan a first block when you're color neutral? What do you look for? As I stated in my previous post, there are twenty-four options for a first 1x1x2. How do you narrow down the options?

Really nice job man! We average about the same, but I just started Rouxing a different time than you. Keep it up. And don't forget to try and post your splits/stats on the Roux Home Thread!

For advice, I would say just to improve your look-ahead during blocks and emphasize smooth transition between first and second. That's very important.

There really is no way to comprehensively consider all possible blocks. Just pick a block that looks easy. Look for already made edge-corner pairs or easy-to-make edge-corner pairs. Personally, I can only start the first block on two of the possible 24.
