Thanks for the help. Before, I was memorizing them randomly, and I sucked at memorizing the algs.

I'd recommend learning H at the beginning, because there are only 4 algs and those are really easy to recognise.
Then headlights and T, easy recognition, too.
Then Pi, recognition is a little harder for me,
Then L, I think that recognition is harder than any cmll cases.
Then sunes and ati-sunes, because those are fast even using 2-look.

i already knew most of COLL so learning algs for CMLL wasn't troubling.
however, my way was to learn the easiest ones (by finger trick) first. i prefer to take an alg, get it in my fingers, then relate it to a CMLL case.
F R U R' U' F' is a quick example. why not learn that one to start?

I've been playing around with Roux a bunch lately and I think I average about 25. anyway, I figured I'd do a (very inefficient) example solve and let you guys pick it apart and let me know how much I suck at Roux.

btw, I am incapable of solving in any orientation besides blue top yellow front because of my zz background...

Scramble:L' R F' B D2 B' U L R2 F' U2 R F2 U' F' R F2 D B2 R2 L' D F' U2 L

Thanks for any help in advance, I find Roux very interesting but I definitely won't switch to use it as my main method, too late for that :p

For the LSE U M U M' U' M' U M2 U M' U2 M'
However the place you should work most on is the block building as that is usually the part of the solve that takes the most amount of time.

A typical solve for me
Method: Roux (I currently Avg about 28-30 seconds and started a couple months ago)

Scramble: U' B2 F2 L2 U2 F2 D R2 D' U F' D2 F' L2 D B2 L B U R2

Inspection: x2 y'
Solution

SECOND BLOCK:R' U R' U M U' M' U R' U2 R2 U' R' U M U2 M2 U2 R U2 r' U' R

I'd appreciate if you faster Roux solvers could give me some tips mainly on F2B and possibly EO. Thanks!

You waste too much moves for your F2B, this is what i will do:

SB: R U' M U R U2 r U2 M' U' R
CMLL: R U R' U' R' F R F'

Where should I worke on?

I like that 1st solve :P

In second you did way too long FB. You had so much pairs that you could use. E.g.:
x y2 M2 F' D2 R U M' B (7 STM)
or
F2 B' U' L' F L2 F2 B' (8 STM)

I think that your SB isn't bad, but I would do:
r U' r' U R2 U2 R2 U R' U R U2 r' U' R (15 STM)

And LSE:
M' U M U M' U M U M' U2 M U M' U2 M U2 M2 (17 STM) Shorter than yours but I think it could be improved too.

If you used U x' R' F2 R2 U' R' U R' F2 R for CMLL you would have had better LSE: M' U M' U M' U2 M U' M2 U' M2 U2 (12 STM)

My Splits are:
FB: 3,5
SB: 5
CMLL: 3
L6E: 4,5
Where should I worke on?
I think you should work on everything. Sub4 for LSE is easy. Try to do CMLLs faster, change uncomfortable ones (maybe my "All CMLLs sub1!" video on youtube could help you). And work on blocks efficiency.

2. U2 B2 U L2 D' F2 D B2 D B2 U' B' U2 R' B' D2 U2 B' D2 L D' U'
For the second solve i'd do something like this.
z' y2 B U B M2 F
r U r' U' r2 U' r' U2 r' U R"
U R U R' U L' U R U' L U2 R'
U M' U M U' M' U M U M U2 M' U M2

I just switched to Roux from CFOP, And I want to make my blocks less CFOP'y. Also my regonition is really bad.

How I do Roux:

Scramble (random from qqtimer):F2 D F2 D R2 F2 D F2 R2 B2 D R B' F R U' L' D' B2 F

U' R F D' U' L' U L2 U' L' U' M' U' R U L' U' L //FB (terrible)
R U M' U R2 U2 R' U' R2 U2 R' U' R' U' R U2 R' U R //AB (even worse)
U2 F R U R' U' R U R' U' F' U2 T-perm //CMLL
M2 U2 r U R' U' M U R U' R' //EO
M2 U' M U2 M' U2 M2 U' M' U2 M //L6E

Another scramble: B2 U' F2 L2 D2 U' B2 L2 D R2 D B' L2 R D' L D' B' F2 R2 U'

L2 D' U2 L U' L' R' U R2 U2 F' //FB
R U' R' U2 R r U r' M U R' U2 R U' R' U R //SB
F R' F' R U R U' R' //CMLL
U M2 U' r U R' U' M U R U' R' //EO
U M2 U2 M2 U M2 U2 M U2 M' U2 //L6E

Tips?

Scramble (random from qqtimer):F2 D F2 D R2 F2 D F2 R2 B2 D R B' F R U' L' D' B2 F

U' R F D' U' L' U L2 U' L' U' M' U' R U L' U' L //FB (terrible)
The FB way kind of long. You might want to make block in many different way for one scramble. It's a good practice.
I also try to make orange FB.
x D' U L' U F D' U' R' U F' (9 STM)
x' B' D' L D2 F' r' U B F' (9 STM)
x z L' D' R r u' r' F U2 F2 (9 STM)
x2 B U D' M U D' R U' F2 (7 STM)
I don't know which is best. FYI, this is what I'll do: x2 r' D' U' F2 u U2 R' u (8 STM)(Red FB)

R U M' U R2 U2 R' U' R2 U2 R' U' R' U' R U2 R' U R //AB (even worse)
In SB, you can make any one pair before RD edge is inserted.
E.g.
M' U2 M2 (green-red pair)
r U M' U R' U' (1x2x2)
R2 U' R U' R' U R (1x2x3)

Scramble 1
LB //f2 r' U r2 D2 R' U F R F' R' F - Meh..
RB //R' U' R' U M2 U2 r' U' R U' r U' M2 U2 R' U' R - Bad.
CMLL //U' F R2 D R' U R D' R2 U' F' - Simple CMLL.
L6E //M' U2 M U' M U M2 U' M' U2 M - Nice L6E.

Most people struggle with blockbuilding especially when transitioning from Cfop to roux but you'll soon catch onto the idea. A good idea is to look at reconstructions from pro roux users such as 5bld and kirjava.

Tips?

Ignore centres. You only need to use the centre that is part of your block, the other centres can be ignored.
Block build. Try not to insert an edge and then put pairs around it, especially for first block.
Don't OLL. Learn how to fix EO with MU, try not to use OLL algs.
