who can help me with roux method?

I'm a roux player,and I'm sub 17 now,but I can't be faster
who can help me?who can give me some good advice?
 
Lurk around the forum, ask appropriate questions? There're always around, and Thom Barlow is Kirjava in case you didn't know.

If not, it's likely they'll spot this post (anything with 'Roux' in the title is bound to get a look) and possible they'll reply to you here. Perhaps you could provide a break-down of your times or something for them to critique?
 
what do you need help with exactly?

What times do you usually get with
First Block
Second Block
Corners
Orientation
UL/UR permutation
and the Last edges

Also move count for the First and Second Blocks would be nice to know.

Video of you solving would be nice too. Though not really needed.
 
First Block 2~3
Second Block 3~4
Corners 1~2
Orientation 2~3
UL/UR permutation 3
and the Last edges 3
the First and Second Blocks is usually about under25 move
should I memorize cmll?I only know 9 of them
 
Sub-2 First Block is certainly possible.
Second block is fine
Corners is fine
your step is that needs the most work. You can sub-4 all the step 4 steps with some practice so work on this.
CMLL will only help a little bit.
