Since it's more of an intuitive step, I'd just start being more aware of it, let your tps drop for now, it'll get faster again once you're used to it. Gj on the video by the way.

Are you asking for an alg? If soFastest eo for a 2 opposite flip on the top using preferabley only U' and M'
Yeah, thanks [emoji8]Are you asking for an alg? If so
M' U M U' M' U M' is what I do, when the flipped are at front and back

Could someone please give an explanation of Non matching centers? I've been trying to incorporate it into solves but I'm not sure if I understand.
Damn, I just learned that one yesterday but I learned a different one. If you apply that alg to a solved cube, and have a look if it messes up the bottom two layers at all. If it doesn't, then you can just use U' rather than rotating. For an alg such as this CMLL H 2:
y' R U R' U R U L' U R' U' L
What is the meaning of the first step being y' instead of U'?
Also is there an easy way to tell what part of an alg like this to use for spamming in short loops (returning to initial position)? It seem you often need to add or omit a first step to get it to loop properly but I don't see a pattern for determining that.
