My average move count is about 40-50, and my tps in most solves is 3. Should I gradually increase turn speed while keeping fluidity or should I further lower my move count?

Lower movecount would be good +fluidity/slow turning. Check out the Roux example solve thread

i would just practice lookahead. you can't utilize good movecount if you can't see the pieces.

Whenever I have FRURUF, I basically know it will be a good solve. Super easy to recognize and like 3 times as fast as other CMLLs.

thats by far the best case. other than skip. Except skip always gives me bad lse...

I have a problem for 4b - 4c look-ahead in one case. I will try to describe..
For example scramble:
M U2 M' U' M U2 M'



Front is orange at picture.

I know how solve it if I memorize DF stiker (on D).
1) I memorize DF sticker;
3) M U2 M'
4) I do: U or U' in situation: if UL = DF(1step) i do U and if UR = DF(1step) i do U')

This method viewed in 4b-4c video from PandaCuber and it cool, but i dont understand how do it if in my case dont see at DF sticker?
I only interested in case when F - stikers at FUL and FUR are same color, but FU is opposite color.

If I have this case:
M U2 M' U' M U2 M



i solve it memorize UB (on U):
1) I memorize UB sticker;
3) M' U2 M'
4) I do: U or U' in situation: if UL = UB(1step) i do U and if UR = UB(1step) i do U')

.. it better, and I know how to solve it quickly without D-stickers

How solve 4b-4c (LSE) with look-ahead in first case if I dont know DF sticker? I without M2))

I want to experiment with roux...I currently know CFOP (17sec) and ZZ(18) but I hate both of those methods. Can someone provide me with a good tutorial for roux please?

try the BU recognition method, predict what the color of your BU sticker will be.
