A tip for you: if you are having problems visualizing a way to solve EO, take one of the bad edges from d (if there are none, do an M2 to put one or two there), and then put one of the good edges on u directly above it, and then do a M/M' to bring that bad edge to u. You will have misoriebted the centers, but you will usually be a little closer to the arrow.

Thanks for the tip. I will definitely try it out and will also keep trying to understand the process. My first impression is that Roux is fun, after so much CFOPing lately, trying to push for 1 second improvement, and then for another... now I have lots of seconds to improve, hehehe. Well, seriously, it is fun and not only because of time beating.

lol, alexander's walkthroughs be like:
"ok, im going to do some example solves for you here... see this piece here? id solve it like..."
*sub 8*
"there. you got that?"

Not for me, then... at least not yet :) Now, while following your advice of "bad edge from D and good edge from U above it, get bad edge up, etc." I'm also starting to be more aware of what the front face looks like while the centers are misoriented and spotting more cases where an M' will leave me with an arrow on the U face. I also have to review the EO cases in Waffo's guide and try them one by one and think about them inside and out so that I can start understanding them well enough.

Once I do that, it's clear to me that my next weak point is gonna be, you guessed it, block building. I'm so bad at it, I mean, I'm not stuck like with EO, because I can do it, but I'm so inefficient... :(

Check out my YouTube walkthrough solves. I'm pretty thorough with my explanations, I think. And my block building is decent :D
