PROBLEM WITH CFOP METHOD

hey , i have learnt full CFOP method but am still slow with an average of 25sec how can i solve sub 10 sec coz i have learnt all CFOP , Any advise please let me know.
if you are averaging 25sec you should ask yourself how to average 24sec instead of how to solve under 10sec

The first thing you need to do is time cross, time your 4 pairs, time OLL+PLL and post us the times, then we can help much better.
Set cstimer to 3-phase and hit the keyboard when you finish cross, hit the keyboard again when you finish F2L, and finally the last time when you complete the solve. Do 50 solves and you can then see the average, of each of the 3 phases and report those back.

yeah do what this guy said

Here are some of the scrambles form cs timer and there solve time both white cross and yellow cross;

1.Scramble;R2 U2 L2 F L2 B U2 F R2 B' L2 B' L B' L' R' B' L D' U R'
White Cross; 27.33 secs
Yellow Cross; 29.22 secs
2.Scramble;L' F2 D F' L F2 R' F' D F B R2 B2 L2 F R2 D2 F L2 F'
White Cross; 29.62 secs
Yellow Cross; 35.37 secs

here are the the two scrambles i have done today morning am hoping to send more in the evening

You need to set the timer to 3-phase and hit the space bar after cross, after F2L and at the end of the solve. This will give 3 segments of time for each solve. A single time like you have posted does not give useful information.
I will add: record or try to reconstruct your solves. It is basically impossible for us to give any specific advice based on a single number.
