Hey, I'm using HAGIS to try to analyze non-linear block building for roux and as far as I understand it just runs the MyMethod.txt file through 500 scrambles in HARCS and gives statistics. I'm not sure what the problem with the file is, but when I reload the file (at least in HAGIS) it says some steps are disabled and doesn't run any analytics. My system has enough RAM to do each step from what I can tell. I'm just not sure what the problem is and I don't have a compiler for HARCS so I can't use that. I will attach MyMethod.txt which is the file that is being fed to HARCS (at least that's my understanding of what is going on). I have already tried contacting Bas (the creator of HAGIS) but I haven't got a response in the last week or so.
