Since I figured that people can figure out my solution anyway by going frame by frame, I'll simply share my solution.

The xeocross I obviously found myself. The f2l-1 solution I found by wading through dozens of computer-generated solutions. I initially rejected it in favor of a slightly faster one that also happened to skip OLL (unfortunately into an E perm), but I realized that I could cancel last pair into ZBLL which is absurdly efficient. 29 moves total.

Just for fun, I've been practicing downsolving this scramble this with cstimer virtual cube, and so far my PB is 3.09. Obviously virtual cube shouldn't count for the competition, but it's still satisfying. I'll probably upload a video for lolz whenever I get a sub 3.
