I know Urdu and Arabic (when it comes to reading). But I guess that means I know a lot of languages because Urdu is basically a mixture of languages.

I know English (Of course) and a few phrases from Spanish, Thank you in 5 languages, and a few phrases from Chichewa (a language in Malawi Africa) because I’ve gone on a missions trip there.

That means “I am unable to” as in incapable physically.
I think it's fine to say "no soy capaz"
I'm not spanish expert but it seems natural to say that way.

no soy capaz can mean that you are incapable of doing something because of lack of skill or training too

"no puedo resolver megaminx" sound like you can't solve megaminx for some temporary reason, like you are busy or you are holding a muffin with one hand and pile of books with the other

not related, just a curiosity, but here in my state in Brazil we say "capaz" all the time

for example:

one person: "eu bati o carro ontem"
other person: "capaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaz?"

Also not a Spanish expert but I feel like you would just add 'ahora' to express temporary inability, similar to adding 'right now' in English
