Something is wrong with the LSE.

For the B and C recognition, you can use the same stickers for recognition of both, with a mirrored starting AUF. The recognition is done by seeing sames and opposites in bars and slashes like normal. Also, using these stickers for recognition, you really only need to see three of the four stickers, and all angles show three stickers. This means you don't actually need to AUF to recognize the case.

In the image I grouped them vertically by similar patterns. I've switched to a different CMLL recognition system that works better for look ahead, but this is how I used to recognize the B and C cases:

For B1 and C1, the same color bar is on the side that has the U sticker on U. For B6 and C6, the same color bar is on the other side.

For B2 and C2, the same color slash is a forward slash. For B4 and C4, the same color slash is a backslash.

For B3 and C3, there is a "clean" look, For B5 and C5, there is a "jumbled" look.

That's fairly easy to remember, but it requires looking at two opposite sides (L and R) for recognition. I'm guessing that's why you switched to a different system.

Every one of those cases can be recognized from the pattern on LUF+UBL+UBR or UBL+UBR+RUF. One of those two groups will always be visible from any angle, so you never have to look from multiple angles or do an AUF before starting the recognition.
 
So, I memorized my Sunes today, now I can go back and forth between Sune and AntiSune to practice. For anyone curious about the counter parts to each one so they can drill them efficiently:

B1 (antisune) <-> C1 (sune)
B2 (pancake) <-> C4 (waffo) (I wonder if this was intentional to match up the breakfast foods)
B3 (evil forte) <-> C2 (Justin)
B4 (Juice10) <-> C3 (forte)
B5 (anti-niklas) <-> C5 (niklas)
B6 (Y-antisune) <-> C6 (Y-sune)
 
Hey, I'm back for some more help. So I finally improved my first block by quite a bit. It takes me around 4 seconds to do (It used to be around 10). It usually takes me another 4 seconds to do the second block. This means that I'm usually finished with my first two blocks around 8 seconds. The problem is that my solves are still around 25 seconds. They have improved drastically, but I'm nowhere near where I am with other methods. So my questions:

1) How much of a time gap does learning CLL make?
2) Is 8 seconds for the first 2 blocks a decent time?

My edge orientation has also improved a ton due to recognition improvement, but it obviously isn't as good as I can make it. I know that's something I need to practice.

If your solves are ~25s and your F2B is 8s, you need to work on CMLL and/or LSE. I would try to get your CMLL+LSE down to 7 seconds at least before worrying about your blocks.

If you don't know full CMLL yet, start grinding at that. They're just algs, so the sooner you start learning them the better. What is your average LSE time?

My average time to complete LSE is about 11-12 seconds. I just do 2 look corners. I definitely do want to learn full CMLL soon. My recognition for the final step of LSE is pretty abysmal when it comes to 2 certain cases. Waffle calls them by "FUUU" or something like that.

8 seconds for F2B is very good. I am sub-15, and my F2B is about 7 seconds. You need to work on your LSE, 11-12 is really slow comparing to your F2B. Also it is a good time to start learning CMLL algorithms.

Learn how to do the LSE correctly. Learn how to recognize and execute that cases fast. It shouldn't take more than a week to get to around 5 seconds LSE.

That is good enough. A fair alternative could be R' U M U2 M2 U R. Despite the M move (instead of M'), it is faster for me because of the nice series of fingertricks (M is with left ring pushing DB, M2 is a double flick with left pinky - left ring).
 
What kind of exercises/drills do you guys use/recommend for practicing look-ahead during F2B, specifically in FB to SB transition and finding the last pairs of FB and SB respectively?

Start planning out that last pair of FB in inspection. I don't really have anything special; just doing solves and moderate speed consistent untimed FB and SB.
 
Alright, I'm a bit stuck here. Last time I was here, I was told to pretty much drill LSE so I can get better. I've been practicing it a lot, but my times haven't gone down from 25 seconds. The problem is that even though I'm practicing, I feel like there are things I should devote that practice to. My point is that I'm not sure what I can focus on during practice. Any tips?
