Second block: 15.79, 12.85, 8.85, 10.30, 9.58, 16.83, 16.60, 13.62, 13.49, 10.09, 7.18, 9.43 = 12.05

LSE: 9.60, 21.72, 23.96, 16.54, 5.30, 23.82, 16.46, 23.82, 14.62, 14.47, 9.65, 12.76 = 16.06

For the 11th solve, I did two 1x2x2s for the first step and finished the two blocks as the second, which is why it has the slowest "first block" and fastest "second block". It was the easiest thing to do in the solve.
Which step(s) should I work on the most? LSE?

Yeah you should work on LSE.
(and blocks...always work on blocks... ;)

I need help with my block building, I always resort to cfop when making my blocks and it takes up 30 seconds of my solve, i have memorised 2 look LSE and know the algorithms to orient and permute the corners. Anyone have some good videos where they overline the BASICS of block building for someones first day of using roux?

I don't know a video, but you can post a solve of first block and second block and see some solutions from others here and learn from that.

I learnt the basics of block buildings from Petrus's webpage:
http://lar5.com/cube/blox.html
Also look up for Roux example solves; you can learn many tricks and techniques how to solve the blocks efficiently.

Practice FMC block building; take your time, experiment with different movements, try to minimize your number of turns. A first block should be like 6-9 moves (for example 3-5 moves for the 1x2x2 block and 3-4 moves for the last corner-edge pair). If your first block is around 12 moves, that's a good start (but can be improved).

Me too! EXACTLY the same place!

Someone wanted for me to do some example blocks. So, here they are.

Scramble: U R2 F2 L2 R2 D U2 L2 D F2 L F' U' R2 F L' D2 U' L' R2 U'

Inspection: y

First block: U' L2 U R' F2 r z' y
second block: U M2 U R2 U2 r U' R' U R

Scramble: F2 D R2 D B2 R2 D' B2 D' R' D F U F R2 U L D2 U2

inspection: z x'

First Block: U R2 D U2 R U x2
Second block: U' R' U R2 U' M' U r'
CMLL: U' R U2 R' U2 L' U R U' M' x'
LSE: U' M U M' U' M2 U M2 U2 M' U2 M' R2

I finished this solve because psuedo ****

Scramble: F2 R2 F D2 B L2 B' D2 R2 B2 F2 L' B' D2 L2 U L' B L' D'

Inspection: z2

FIrst block: U' L2 y R r U' R D2 x
Second block: r U' r' U r U2 R U' M2 R' U R

Scramble: R2 B R' B D F' L' B' R D' R2 U L2 U F2 R2 U2 R2 F2 L2
Inspection: x'
First Block: D' R' U F' U B2 (6)
Second Block: M U R2 M U2 M' r U R' U' M' U R' U' R U' R' U' R (19 (Terrible))
CMLL: U2 R U R' U' R' F' R F U R U R' F' R U R' U' F R2 U' R' (22)
LSE: M' U M' U M' U2 M' U M2' U M2 U2 M' U2 M' (15)
62 moves

Scramble: R2 B R' B D F' L' B' R D' R2 U L2 U F2 R2 U2 R2 F2 L2
Inspection: x'
First Block: D' R' U F' U B2 (6)
Second Block: M U R2 M U2 M' r U R' U' M' U R' U' R U' R' U' R (19 (Terrible))
CMLL: U2 R U R' U' R' F' R F U R U R' F' R U R' U' F R2 U' R' (22)
LSE: M' U M' U M' U2 M' U M2' U M2 U2 M' U2 M' (15)
62 moves

First block is good, but second block does not work (and seems long).
Here is a better one:
Inspection: x'
First Block: D' R' U F' U B2 (6)
Second Block: r U R' U' M2 U M2 B' R' B R' (11)
or if you don't want to break up the first block, and alternative ending:
Second Block: r U R' U' M2 U r2 U2 r U r' (11)

Edit: Your LSE is fine too.

Second Block: r U R' U' M2 U M2 B' R' B R' (11)
r U' r2 U R U R r U R' (10)

Other pair first:
M2 R' U F' U' F r' R' U R (10)
without F:
r2 U2 r2 U r U R U2 r U R (11)

Maybe you did this:
M' U' M2 U R U R M2 U2 r U R'

I assume you do this:
Instead of a regular UL/UR, you solve UF/UB first (as it would be UL/UR), solve the rest in a normal way in the M layer, than finally an AUF.
Yes.

Also not looking at the M Layer, it is better to move the L/R edge which is not in UL/UR corner position.
U M2 U M' U2 M'
is better than
M2 U' M' U2 M' U M2
because you don't have to do that additional M2 to insert ULUR edges.

Agree; just don't know why I didn't think about that in the first place.
