I remember 3 years ago, on TwistyPuzzles and the Yahoo group, people were absolutely convinced that a sub-10 average in competition was impossible, that it would never happen. I and others (including Stefan) tried to convince them that anything was possible, but they just couldn't get it.

I do believe sub 9 avg of 5 in competition will be achieved someday. Maybe not far from now.

But sub 8..... It'll never ever happen.

lol, honestly i dont think theres any real limit to how fast the records can get.
The faster people go the more they will push to get faster etc.
